Traveling the United States as a professional race car driver, Nick remembers his first experience with BBQ. “The first time I tasted BBQ, I was immediately hooked,” says Nick, “In fact, it was more that that…it was like an addiction or obsession.” Older brother Chris also experienced BBQ on the road, sampling different meats and sauces, and deciding that he would one day bring these different tastes of America back home to Denver
